# Refund & Cancellation Policy

## 1. Scope

This policy covers subscription fees, per-booking service charges, wallet top-ups, and travel bookings made through iTravel portals.

## 2. Travel bookings — third-party supply

Each rate displays its cancellation terms before booking, including whether it is refundable and any deadlines. On cancellation, the refund amount determined by the supplier is final and is credited to the tenant wallet at the same exchange basis as the original charge, preventing any gain or loss from currency movement.

## 3. Travel bookings — tenant inventory

Cancellation terms for a tenant's own products are set and displayed by that tenant. Settlement for own-inventory bookings occurs directly between the tenant and its customer.

## 4. Service charge

The per-booking service charge is earned when the booking is made and is not refunded when the related booking is cancelled.

## 5. Subscriptions

Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable for the current period. Cancelling a subscription stops future charges; the portal remains available until the end of the paid period.

## 6. Wallet top-ups

Wallet balances may be used for any charges on the platform. Unused balances are refundable on account closure to the originating payment method or bank account, less any charges due, subject to identity verification and applicable law.

## 7. Processing times

Wallet credits from cancellations are immediate. Refunds to external accounts are initiated within 7 business days of approval; bank processing times vary.

## 8. Payment processing

Payments are processed by regulated payment providers (including Cashfree Payments and/or Razorpay) and by bank transfer. Refunds to cards or accounts are returned via the original provider and are subject to that provider's timelines.

## 9. Contact

Refund questions: admin@itravel.cloud with your booking reference. This policy is governed by the laws of India; mandatory consumer protections of your own jurisdiction are unaffected.
