Pricing

What a branded B2B travel portal costs

One subscription and one per-booking charge. Both numbers are on this page, because a travel business deciding whether to run its own portal should not have to sit through a sales call to find out what it costs.

The two numbers

A portal costs S$50 per month. That is the whole subscription: your own domain, your own brand, your own inventory across hotels, tours and transfers, your sub-agents, your wallet and ledger, your documents, and your public website. It is charged monthly from your wallet balance, and it starts after a 14-day trial.

On top of that there is a 2% platform service charge on each booking made through your portal. It is calculated at the moment a booking is confirmed and recorded as its own ledger entry, so it is never buried inside a rate.

There is no setup fee, no implementation fee, no charge for your own staff accounts, no charge per booking beyond the 2%, and no minimum term. The Starter plan carries 25 sub-agent accounts and 100 published products; if you outgrow either, that is a conversation rather than an automatic bill.

What the 2% is, and what it is not

The service charge is the only thing the platform takes from a booking. It is worth being precise about it, because this is the number that decides whether the arithmetic works for you.

  • Your margin is yours. You set the price of your own hotels, tours and transfers, and the platform takes no share of the difference between what you contracted and what you sold.
  • It never blocks a sale. The charge is applied on confirmation even if it takes the wallet negative, because a fee should not be the reason an agent cannot book.
  • It is not refunded when a booking is cancelled. The work of taking the booking has been done. Your customer's refund follows your cancellation policy; the service charge stays.
  • It is visible. Every charge is a line in your wallet statement with the booking reference next to it, exportable to CSV.

What the subscription includes

There is one plan rather than a grid of them, because almost everything in the product is either core to running a portal or useless on its own.

  • All three modules — contracted hotels, tours and attractions, and transfers — each with its own workspace, its own pricing engine and its own availability rules.
  • Your brand everywhere: the portal, the sign-in page, confirmation emails, the printable voucher and the e-ticket. The platform never appears to your agents.
  • Your own domain, or a subdomain we host until you are ready to move.
  • A public website on the same host, built from travel-shaped sections, with your own SEO and a retail markup that converts your net rates into public prices.
  • Email from your own server, once a test send has proved it works — with automatic fallback so mail is never lost.
  • Wallets, statements and a full audit trail, plus two-factor authentication and per-agent module permissions.

What you bring

This is a portal, not a bed bank. You bring your own contracts — the hotels, tours and transfers you have negotiated — and the platform gives you somewhere to sell them and someone to sell them to. If you do not have contracted inventory yet, a portal is premature.

You also bring your agent network. The platform is built for a business that already knows who its sub-agents are and wants to stop serving them by WhatsApp and spreadsheet.

Money moves through a prepaid wallet: your agents top up, their bookings debit the balance, cancellations credit it back. There is no card processing between you and your agents, which is deliberate — a trade account is a balance, not a checkout.

Questions

Asked on every first call

Is there a free trial?

Yes — 14 days. You can load your inventory, invite an agent and take a real booking during it. The subscription is charged from your wallet after the trial ends.

What currency am I billed in?

The subscription is priced in Singapore dollars and charged from your wallet at a published reference rate plus a declared conversion margin, which is shown before it is applied. Your own portal — your prices, your agents' balances, your ledger — runs entirely in the single currency you choose at setup.

Is the 2% charged on my own inventory as well as on live supply?

Yes, on every booking made through the portal. It is the platform's only revenue from a booking, and it is why there is no charge for extra staff, extra bookings or extra modules.

What happens if I stop paying?

Reminders on day 0, 3 and 7, and suspension on day 10. Nothing is deleted, and a confirmed top-up reactivates the portal immediately. Your data stays exportable throughout.

Can I cancel?

At any time. There is no minimum term. The portal stays available to the end of the period you have paid for, and you can export your bookings, products, users and statements before you go.

Do you take a commission from my suppliers?

No. The relationship with your suppliers is yours, the contracted rates are yours, and the platform never sees a supplier invoice.
