Terms of Service

Last updated: 1 September 2026

iTravel is a product of TDMC Global Travel Rep LLP · Ansal Plaza, Sector-1, Vaishali, Ghaziabad, UP 201014, India · 160 Robinson Road #14-04, SBF Center, Singapore 068914 · GSTIN 09AAXFT4187G1ZC

1. The service

iTravel ("we", "us") provides travel agencies and destination management companies ("tenants") with branded business-to-business booking portals, including inventory management, sub-agent access, wallet facilities and, where enabled, third-party travel supply. The service is provided to businesses only and is not directed at consumers.

2. Accounts and tenants

A tenant account is opened for a legal business entity. The tenant is responsible for all activity under its portal, including activity by sub-agent users it invites, and for keeping credentials confidential. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, present fraud risk, or remain unpaid per section 5.

3. Bookings and merchant of record

For bookings fulfilled through third-party supply made available by iTravel, iTravel acts as the merchant of record with the supplier and the tenant transacts with iTravel. For bookings of a tenant's own inventory, the contract of sale is between the tenant and its customer; iTravel provides the technology, records the booking and issues documentation on the tenant's behalf.

4. Wallet

Each tenant holds one prepaid wallet denominated in a single currency selected at setup. Wallet balances are not deposits, bear no interest, and may be applied against subscription fees, service charges and bookings. Currency conversion, where applicable, uses published reference rates plus a declared conversion margin shown before payment.

5. Fees

The subscription fee is charged monthly from the wallet. A service charge (currently 2%) applies to each booking made through the portal and is non-refundable, including when the booking is later cancelled. Unpaid subscriptions follow a reminder schedule and may lead to portal suspension; reactivation is immediate upon payment.

6. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation terms for third-party supply are set by the supplier and shown before booking; the supplier's determination of refundable amounts is final. Cancellation terms for a tenant's own inventory are set by the tenant. See our Refund Policy for details.

7. Acceptable use

Tenants must not use the service for unlawful purposes, misrepresent supply, resell access outside their own agent network, or interfere with the operation or security of the platform.

8. Data

Each tenant's data is logically isolated. We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Tenants may export their bookings, products, users and statements at any time.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability in any 12-month period is limited to the subscription fees paid by the tenant in that period. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of travel suppliers, or for indirect or consequential loss.

10. Changes and termination

We may update these terms with reasonable notice. Tenants may terminate at any time; wallet balances are settled and data export remains available for a defined retention period after termination.

11. Operator, governing law and jurisdiction
