A travel flyer maker that starts from your brand, not a blank page

iTravel Studio makes flyers, social posts, stories and festival greetings for travel agencies, DMCs and tour operators, with your logo, colours and contact details drawn from your brand kit. Choose what it is for and the size, change the words and photo, and download a file sized for Instagram, WhatsApp status or the print shop.

Your brand kit is filled in before you start

The first time Studio opens, it makes your brand kit from the branding your account already holds: the logo, the brand colour, the phone and WhatsApp numbers, email, website, address and social handles.

On the Brand page you set five colour roles, a logo, a light version for photos and dark colours, a square mark, and a heading and a text font for each writing system. Each business entity on the account has its own kit. Templates read the kit when they are drawn, so a new colour or a changed number reaches every design still using it.

What the templates do

A template is a layout that works itself out for each size, your brand and your words.

  • Start from a purpose. Create asks what the design is for (a greeting, an offer, a destination, a service, a story or a message to the trade), then the size, then shows the gallery in your brand.
  • Any destination. Pick a country, region or town, and templates written for any place are drawn with photos of that place.
  • Your markets first. Templates for the festivals coming up in the countries you sell to come to the front of the gallery.
  • Resize to all. Choose up to ten sizes; each becomes its own design, laid out again with your words and photos carried across.
  • Prices in your currency. An example price shows in your currency until you type the real one.

The contact line, on the design and kept current

A flyer nobody can answer has done half its job. The poster templates end in a band with your phone or WhatsApp, email and website, each with its icon; on a story it sits as a card just above the reply bar. Most other templates put your WhatsApp, phone or website beside the button or under your mark.

Each fact is bound to the brand kit rather than typed into the design. Where the kit has no email yet, a poster shows a stand-in, and the check before download names it, so “you@youragency.com” never goes to print. To use another number on one design, type over it there.

Every size for each channel, and for print

Studio holds 21 sizes. For social and the web: Instagram portrait (4:5) and tall (3:4), square, the story size that also serves reels and WhatsApp status, a Facebook or LinkedIn link post, X, a YouTube thumbnail, a Facebook cover, a Google Business Profile post, an email header and a website banner. Each downloads at the pixels the platform asks for, so a 4:5 post comes out at 1080 × 1350.

For print: A5 to A1, DL, US Letter, a square leaflet, a business card and an 850 × 2000 mm roll-up banner. Print files come at 300 dpi (150 dpi for A1 and the roll-up), and the print PDF adds 3 mm of bleed on every side, with crop marks if asked.

32 languages, each in its own script

A design can carry its words in any of 32 languages, from Arabic, Hindi and Tamil to Thai, Swahili, Japanese and Korean. Each is drawn in typefaces made for its script, with line spacing set per script, and Arabic, Persian, Urdu and Hebrew mirror the layout from right to left.

One design holds several languages, and you choose the language of each download. The starter templates’ words are written in English today, so you write the other languages yourself; the check before download tells you when a text has no words yet in the language you chose.

Photos you are allowed to use

Template photos are chosen by hand from a free stock library whose licence lets you use and change them, marketing included, and the photographer is recorded with each. Photos for a destination you pick are fetched once, at least 12 megapixels, and only when the photo’s own description names the place, so a picture of somewhere else never stands in for it.

Your own photos come from your account’s picture library. Only a picture approved for public use whose licence has not ended can go into a design, and one taken down later shows as a neutral placeholder.

From the phone to the file

Studio works on a phone as fully as at a desk.

  • Fill-in mode. On a phone a design opens as the picture with a short form of its words and photos; tap part of the picture to reach its field.
  • Installed in your name. Install Studio with your agency’s own name and icon; it opens straight into Studio.
  • Share the file. Share hands it to the phone’s share sheet for WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook, with a caption made from the design’s own words.
  • PNG, JPEG, PDF or print PDF. Files go through Studio’s own queue, which says how many are ahead of yours; a single download goes before anyone’s bulk run, and up to 300 designs download as one ZIP.
  • A check, never a block. Words that do not fit, hard-to-read contrast, a soft photo, content under a story’s bars, a QR code too small to scan in print.

Questions

Asked on every first call

Do I need design skills?

No. The templates are already in your brand, and on a phone you fill in a short form. To move things, the full editor has layers, undo, autosave and earlier versions.

Can my team design without changing our brand?

Yes. Everyone who holds Studio makes and downloads designs with the brand kit; only people who may change your branding, or your administrator, can edit the kit or save templates for the team.

Can I print what I make?

Yes. Choose a print size and download the print PDF with 3 mm bleed and, if your printer wants them, crop marks. The check flags a plain PDF of a print size, a photo too soft for print and words too close to the trim.

Can I use the photos in our marketing?

The template and destination photos, yes: their library’s licence lets you use and change them in ads and marketing. Your own photos follow the approval and licence dates in your picture library.
