For agencies & consolidators
Travel agency booking software for selling to sub-agents
The ceiling on most agencies is not demand. It is how many messages one person can answer in a day. A portal makes the twentieth sub-agent cost roughly what the second one did.

The point at which a spreadsheet stops
It is predictable. Somewhere past fifteen sub-agents, the person holding the network together starts to buckle — and the failures are always the same five: a rate quoted from an old sheet, a booking confirmed twice because two people answered the same message, a cancellation agreed on the phone and never recorded, a credit balance disputed with nothing to show, a voucher sent with the wrong meeting point.
None of those are “we could not take the booking”. They are the same booking taken twice, taken wrong, or taken without a record. That is what going online fixes.
Agent accounts, credit and a record
Each sub-agent gets their own login on your portal, their own bookings, and a prepaid balance in your currency. Every movement is a ledger row with a reference, so a disputed figure is settled by showing the rows rather than by arguing.
Managers get the whole picture: a desk of every sub-agent’s bookings by departure date, a leaderboard, per-agent performance over six months, and reports by agent, product, type and month on either a booked-date or a travel-date basis, exportable.
Your own inventory, priced by you
Load your contracted hotels, tours and transfers and sell them at whatever you decide. The price you type is the price your agent pays — no markup engine quietly sitting between your rate screen and their result, which is how two prices for one product get into a business.
Onboard in waves, not in one email
Ten agents, watch what they do, fix what confused them, then the next ten. The first wave should be the agents you talk to most, because they will tell you the truth. Invitations are branded, links are signed and expire, and the invitee sets their own password.
Questions
Asked on every first call
Can I stop a sub-agent from seeing part of my catalogue?
Yes. Hotels, tours and transfers can each be switched off for one sub-agent, and the booking engine enforces it rather than the screen merely hiding it.
Do sub-agents need training?
They get a storefront that looks like the consumer sites they already use — search, a card grid, a checkout with a running total. The part that needs explaining is the wallet, and that takes one message.
Can I see what each agent is worth?
Yes — bookings, value and cancellation rate per agent over time, on the team page and in the reports, with CSV export.
What if an agent runs out of balance at midnight?
They can still be booked for by your own team, and a confirmed top-up is credited the moment your staff match it against the bank.
