How the trade works in the United Arab Emirates
Dubai is a connecting hub before it is a destination, so UAE operators sell in two directions at once: inbound programmes for agents in India, the CIS, Africa and Europe, and outbound packages for GCC residents. The agent network is large, informal and fast — most of it runs on WhatsApp, and most of it expects a net rate within the hour.

And almost none of it happens by email. The UAE trade runs on WhatsApp, and the working expectation is a net rate back within the hour.
