B2B travel portal software in Mexico

Sell your contracted hotels, tours and transfers to your sub-agents in MXN, under your own brand, from your own domain — with Cancún and Mexico City at the centre of it.

How the trade works in Mexico

Mexican receptive operators sell to North American and European agents at volume, with a heavy concentration in the Riviera Maya and a growing cultural circuit inland. Transfer volume out of CUN is enormous and is often the first product an agent books.

What Mexican operators are loading

Resort blocks with all-inclusive rate plans, cenote and ruin excursions with capacity and departure times, and shared and private transfers between CUN, Playa del Carmen and Tulum.

Hotels

Room type × rate plan × season, per-occupancy prices, allotment and stop-sell per night, supplements.

Tours & attractions

Options with their own capacity and operating days, time slots, age bands, add-ons, e-tickets.

Transfers

A route with two named ends — per vehicle when private, per seat when shared, with a night window.

Money and language, set the way Mexico works

Your books, your wallet and your prices stay in MXN, chosen once at setup so the ledger stays reconcilable; a partner agency can also buy in its own currency, at a rate frozen on each booking. Your portal reads in English. Service dates and booking cut-offs are judged in the product city's own time zone, not yours.

All-inclusive plans are a rate plan, not a note in a description, so the cancellation rule and minimum stay travel with them.

All-inclusive contracting, and a season that can be cancelled by weather

The Caribbean coast is an all-inclusive market, and all-inclusive contracting is its own discipline: the meal plan is the product, children price on age bands that differ by property, and the difference between two board levels at the same resort is larger than the difference between two resorts. Getting the plan right at quotation is most of getting the price right.

The Atlantic hurricane season runs from June to November and is a real operational risk rather than a disclaimer. Properties close, dates move, and the money has to move with them — which makes the cancellation and re-credit path something you should have tested before you need it, not after.

Volume is concentrated: Cancún airport into the Riviera Maya and Tulum is one of the highest-frequency transfer corridors in the Americas, and it is sold both privately and per seat.

What that needs from a portal

Board levels, age bands and a transfer corridor that carries most of the volume.

  • Board level is a rate plan, priced per occupancy, with child pricing on the age bands the property actually uses.
  • Cancellation credits the wallet in one transaction, under the terms you set per product — which is what a closed week actually needs.
  • CUN transfers as routes, private per vehicle and shared per seat, with flight numbers collected because an end is an airport.
  • Blackout and closed dates are enforced, so a property shut for the season cannot be sold on those dates.

Destinations already in the taxonomy

Products carry a real city with real coordinates and a real time zone — 438,919 of them worldwide, independent of any supplier's list. In Mexico that includes:

  • Mexico City
  • Guadalajara
  • Puebla
  • Monterrey
  • Puerto Vallarta
  • Chihuahua
  • Oaxaca
  • Mérida
  • Mexicali
  • Cabo San Lucas
  • Santiago de Querétaro
  • San Luis Potosí
