Travel agency software in the United Kingdom

Quote in pounds from costs in euros and dollars, run every enquiry and group from one desk, and issue vouchers and itineraries in your own brand, whether you sell to the public or to other agents.

How the trade works in the United Kingdom

The UK trade is made of small firms: the ONS's UK Business Counts for 2026 list 5,735 travel agency enterprises, and more than four in five of them employ fewer than five people. Selling flights brings ATOL into it. An ATOL holder that sells through agents needs a written agency agreement with each one, and the agent must make sure an ATOL Certificate is issued to the consumer as soon as any payment is taken.

What UK operators are loading

Package holidays built on flights, villas and hotels bought in euros, tailor-made long-haul trips, cruises, and school and group tours sold with a deposit and a balance date.

Money and language, set the way the United Kingdom works

You work in GBP, and your workspace and the documents your clients receive read in English.

Each copy prints in its reader's language, chosen from 32, so a villa owner in Spain or a hotel in Italy can be sent the supplier's copy in Spanish or Italian while your client reads English.

Pounds on the quotation, euros on the bill

A villa in Spain invoices in euros, a safari lodge in dollars, and your client pays you in sterling. In the CRM each cost is typed in the supplier's own currency and the rate used is kept on that line, so a quotation in pounds always shows which part of it rides on which currency.

Say a quotation carries €4,000 of villa and $1,000 of safari, illustrative figures. The builder shows anyone allowed to see costs what each supplier is owed in its own money, what the quotation counts that at in pounds, and what today's market rate would make it, so you see the margin move before the client accepts a price that no longer pays. Your account can add a safety margin to the market rate, and once a quotation is sent it is frozen: repricing it means a new version, made when you choose.

Groups with names, rooms and a balance date

School parties, choirs and clubs travel as one deal with forty people on it.

  • Names pasted, not typed. Paste a list from an email or a spreadsheet; “(8)” after a name marks a child of eight, and the deal counts how many of the party are named so far.
  • A rooming list by bed type, single, double, twin, triple or quad, exported as a spreadsheet for the hotel.
  • Deposit, instalments and balance on due dates you set, each unpaid one kept as a task with its reminder, and recorded rather than processed.
  • The group's own deadlines, for names, the rooming list and final numbers, created as tasks dated back from travel in one tap.

One service, three readers

Vouchers is sold on its own and issues everything from what you type. Each service prints a traveller's copy, a supplier's copy and a trade copy for a partner agency, all under one number. The supplier's copy names your company as the one that booked and pays, shows no price, and when it is issued again after a change it is headed as an amendment or a cancellation, so the hotel knows which paper to act on.

Every document carries a QR code: scanned at a hotel desk, it answers valid, cancelled or unknown, and shows only the reference and the lead guest's name.

Operators who sell through agents

When agents sell your holidays for you, the B2B portal carries the trade side of the business.

  • Agencies apply, you decide. Switch on registration, ask each applicant for the details and trade documents you require, then approve, ask for more or decline.
  • Net rates and price tiers. Load your contracted hotels, tours and transfers at net and set the markup each tier of agency sees; agents never see the tier.
  • An account per agency, prepaid, on a credit limit or with no limit, and a statement for any date range, downloadable as a spreadsheet file.
  • Bookings that cannot overdraw. A sale the agency's account cannot carry is refused at checkout, and every room and seat it would have taken is released.

Destinations already in the taxonomy

Products carry a real city with real coordinates and a real time zone — 438,919 of them worldwide, independent of any supplier's list. In United Kingdom that includes:

  • London
  • Stopsley
  • Edinburgh
  • Glasgow
  • Colchester
  • Liverpool
  • Birmingham
  • Manchester
  • St Albans
  • Chelsea
  • Greenwich
